Tech Support Specialists

E-mail and Live Chat Support:
Providing the Technical Support via e-mail and live chat ensuring high technical and Customer Service level, excellent quality and response time. Determining a customer's issues and providing an immediate resolution or escalating it properly submitting a trouble ticket.
Trouble Tickets:
If a customer's issue needs to be escalated a trouble ticket is submitted. When they are returned they are tested and customers are contacted with the resolution. Fast ticket turnaround time is ensured.
Tier 2 Support:
When Technical Support Specialists raise the level of their skill to a higher one they pass a certain test that confirms that and they become the Tier 2 Technical Support Specialists. That grants them the access to more complex system tools that let them assist customers even better.
Training Center:
The in-house Training Center lets us to prepare the specialists we need and do the ongoing trainings. Being based on the Quality Assurance reports the ongoing trainings are aimed at the areas that need to be improved to make sure the quality is superior.
Quality Assurance:
The Quality Assurance system ensures the quality is excellent by letting a specific Technical Support Specialist know if he needs to improve anything and reporting to the Training Center for the ongoing trainings to be arranged.
